Franz Liszt in the language of Parafonia

In 2011 we celebrate Liszt’s 200th birthday anniversary. The Parafonia orchestra will take part in the celebration of the great Hungarian composer in a special way, using colored score system which was developed for handicapped musicians.
In their concert the orchestra will team up with two young talented musicians: Erno Kallai violinist, studying at the Juilliard School in New York under the tutelage of Itzhak Perlman and István Lajkó, the excellent pianist, DLA student of the Ferenc Liszt Academy of Music. The concert contains Liszt's piano works and transcriptions for violin and piano and framed by the program of Parafonia, whose pieces were transcribed for special instruments. In accordance with the idea of this concert the program will evolve into the common performance of the professional musicians and members of Parafonia orchestra.
